Andrew will explain the assessment findings and discuss appropriate options, including alternatives, costs and any need for referral. If you choose to proceed with treatment, the plan and your response will be reviewed. The number of appointments depends on your circumstances; improvement is not guaranteed.
And if chiropractic isn’t the right answer for you, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Your first visit is £35 (usually £85). It is a full assessment — health history, examination and a clear explanation of what we find. There is no treatment on the first visit.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else. With that notice we will refund your £35 in full or move it to your new appointment. Without it, we may keep the fee.
If you are running late, call reception on 01453 490475 — we will do what we can, though a shortened appointment may need rebooking.
