If Andrew can help, he’ll explain what’s causing the problem and recommend a plan — how many visits he expects it to take, over what period, and what you should notice along the way. Most problems settle with a course of care rather than a single appointment, and many patients then choose to come back from time to time to stay on top of it.
And if chiropractic isn’t the right answer for you, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Your first visit is £35 (usually £85). It is a full assessment — health history, examination and a clear explanation of what we find. There is no treatment on the first visit.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else. With that notice we will refund your £35 in full or move it to your new appointment. Without it, we may keep the fee.
If you are running late, call reception on 01453 490475 — we will do what we can, though a shortened appointment may need rebooking.
