back at the gym

I was involved in a car accident where a vehicle pulled out on me and I suffered from severe shoulder and upper back / neck pain,stiffness and weakness from the impact,  which was hitting on all parts of my life , including sleep. I limped on for nearly 3 months with no relief so sought out an alternative as was getting nowhere with our wonderful NHS. I was recommended The Wellness Centre by a Friend, and I will go further to highly recommend them. I am currently just over half way through my treatment and am back at the gym doing things I haven`t been able to do for months , sleeping through the night with no pain, am able to sit on my sofa now as before I would be in pain within minutes, I am so glad I pursued this route and I`d like to thank Dr Andy Evans for his time and expertise in helping me through this painful experience.
